Our services are accessible at any time and are designed to give individuals, mental health professionals, and organisations access to tools to improve mental health and well-being.
Our flagship programs — moodgym and e-couch — were originally developed and evaluated over 15 years by researchers at The Australian National University.
e-hub Health is an Australian National University spin-off company managed by senior staff involved in the original development of the e-hub self-help programs. e-hub Health is now part of the Dialogue group of companies.

Acknowledgement of research participants
Our programs exist because of the people who have contributed to the research behind moodgym and e-couch. We acknowledge everyone who has taken part in a study, trial or survey. Their generosity has built the evidence base our service rests on.
